Fleet management
S-Yacht is a complete online reservation system that allows you to manage availability, prices, and special offers for your fleet. You have the potential to manage one or more fleets, determining for each fleet prices, availability, special offers, pick up / delivery locations, extra services etc., and manage all bookings from one backoffice. Reservations are completed in real time and are confirmed automatically without any action from you.

Pricing Policy and Offers
The structure of each pricelist can be set dynamically, depending on the day limit applicable for each price. Moreover, there is the potential for prices to include packages with different coverage and insurance (All Inclusive, CDW, etc.). The offers have significant flexibility and can be determined by fleet, yacht type and rental period. 

Pick up / delivery location management
The pick up and delivery locations, for each fleet separately, are specified and defined dynamically by users of your business. For each pick up and delivery location you can determine extra costs for pickup and delivery, as well as to define the contact details of the local partner who will handle the booking, which will appear in the voucher and the email confirmation that the client will receive.

Travel agencies & vacation packages
S-Yacht supports travel agencies and special packages reservations. In cooperation with the largest international travel insurance group in the world, Mondial Assistance, Skipper’s and charter deposit insurance is provided.

Back to back dates
For every yacht you are capable to determine a list of consecutive back to back dates (with the expiration of a period, a new period starts without any dates gap) that cover the whole season. Using this method when customers are booking through the system they choose one of the available dates left on the list after the reservation of other customers.

Additional services
Customers can choose additional services during their reservation procedure, which are charged per day, while there is day limit which if the reservation exceeds, no costs are added.
