TERMS AND CONDITIONS You will now be required to finalize your reservation using the secure environment of our website. Read carefully the following three payment methods and select the most convenient for you: A) Enter your credit card details as insurance. Your credir card details will be stored as insurance for your reservation and there will be no charge during the reservation. On your arrival at the hotel, you may pay for your reservation either by charging that particular credit card, or by charging another credit card, or by cash, and B) Pay the whole amount of your stay and win extra discount 10% C) Pay the value of one night the rest will be paid on your arrival at the hotel All details will be printed analytically at the end of your reservation with the confirmation. CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservaiton you must use the 'CANCELLATION' procedure of the system in the first page. The Reservations Department will examine each cancellation request and inform the client by e-mail within 2 days maximum for money refunds you have paid for your confirmed reservation. According to the Greek Law, you have the right for money refund from the total amount of your advance payment as follows: 100% refund if cancellation is made 21 days before your arrival, 50% refund if cancellation is made 20 to 14 days before arrival and 30% refund if cancellation is made 13- 7 days before your arrival. In case of cancellation made in less that 7 days before your arrival or in case of NO SHOW, no refund will be made. If the reservation was made by entering your credit card data as insurance, if cancellation is made 21 days before your arrival there will be no charge. In case cancelation is made between 20 to 14 days before arrival your credit card will be charged with 50% of the whole amount of the reservation, if cancelation is made between 13 to 7 days before arrival your credit card will be charged with 30% of the whole amount of the reservation and in case of cancellation made in less than 7 days before your arrival or in case of NO SHOW your credit card will be charged with 100% of the amount of the reservation.
