TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read carefully the two methods of payment and select the most convenient for you: A) Credit Card Guarantee(no charge) Your credit card will not be charged at the time of reservation. Your credit card will be used only in case of cancellation to charge the cancellation fees. B) Bank Deposit(30% within 24 hours) Your reservation will be finally confirmed with a deposit to the hotels bank account equal to 30% of the total reservation amount, 24 hours after the reservation has been placed. CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation you must use the 'CANCELLATION' procedure of the system in the first page. The Reservations Department will examine each cancellation request and inform the client by e-mail within 3 days maximum for any possible refund. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE RESERVATIONS According to the hotel's cancellation policy, no charge will be made if cancellation is made 21 days before your arrival, 50% charge will be made if cancellation is made 1-20 days before arrival. In case of non-show the full amount for the reservation will be charged. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BANK DEPOSIT RESERVATIONS According to the hotel's cancellation policy, 100% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 21 days before your arrival,no refund will be made if cancellation is made 1-20 days before your arrival. |
