TERMS AND CONDITIONS You will now be required to enter your credit card details using the secure system of Emporiki Bank (128 bit ssl, verified by VISA & MASTERCARD CREDIT CARDS). Read carefully the payment method: A)Pre pay 30% of the whole internet rate amount and settle the remaining account on your arrival at the hotel or B) secure your reservation by credit card(payment will be made upon arrival).Hotel has the wright to pre-authorize the reservation cost if neccesary. Finally, in case your reservation is completed and secured via credit card (no pre-payment), we will need to send us a photo of your credit card(showing your name)and also a photo of you passport or ID that shows the same name. We need this in order to verify that you are the legitimate owner of the card. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy of the hotel: free of charge cancellation-ammendment can be made up to 2 nights prior to arrival. In case of no-show and for reservations of one or two nights of stay, the first night is charged. For reservations of 3 nights of stay or more, 50% of the total amount of the reseraton is charged. In case of an early check-out 50% of the remaing agreed nights that the room is unoccupied are also charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome.
All adults are charged 20 % of the room stay per night for extra beds (extra bed upon request).
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
All children who are older than 5 years are charged 15% of the room, irrespective of whether or not an extra bed is used in the room.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1 (extra beds or babycots available only upon request)
