Payment Options
For your convenience CLAY ACTION provides the following payment options:
1. Credit Card
ALPHA BANK undertakes the process of your payment settlement, thus ensuring the utmost security of your transaction. Upon entering your credit card details the bank does not charge the amount of your order but binds it. The charge is completed on the pricing of your order.

During the purchase process by credit card, the customer is automatically transferred to a secure server on the Payment service of Alpha Bank. All information regarding your credit card (credit card number, CVV2, expiry date) is electronically transmitted in 128-bit encryption—the maximum protection offered today—certified by Thawte Consulting (Pty) Ltd. Clay Action has no access to your credit card data, neither collects or saves it in any way. You are automatically transferred to Alpha Bank¢s specially designed and encrypted website which uses the particular data in order to check and charge the card. If the transaction is approved by the Bank, your order will be dispatched the very next day.
2. Instalment payments free of interest (?)
Our e-shop has contracted with Alpha Bank and is able to provide to card holders of all banks the option to purchase our products by monthly instalment payments free of interest. The number of the instalments are based on the value of the transaction.

3. PayPal
For payment with credit or debit card there¢s also the possibility of paying via Pay Pal, the international system for payments. The confirmation of your payment via paypal may take 1 to 3 working days. Your order will be dispatched the very next day.

5. Cash on Delivery
This option is only available for orders made from Greece only. If you choose this payment option it is necessary to enter your phone number as we will need to contact you to confirm your order.
Note: For orders of great value or with status “upon order” you will be requested to pay an advance payment of 30% of the total amount. |
