You will now be required to enter your credit card details using the secure system of ALPHA BANK (128 bit encryption ssl, verified by Visa & Master Card Credit Cards)
and you automatically will prepay the whole amount of your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservaiton you must use the 'CANCELLATION' procedure of the system in the first page.n The Reservations Department will examine each cancellation request and inform the client by e-mail within 3 days maximum for money refunds you have paid for your confirmed reservation.
RESERVATIONS WITH BED&BREAKFAST
According to the Greek Law, you have the right for money refund from the total amount of your advance payment as follows: The reservation can be cancelled no less than 14 days prior to arrival, without charge. If you cancel 14 - 7 days before check in date: The forfeiture amount will be a 1 night penalty. If you cancel 7 days or less before check in date: the forfeiture amount will be 50% of the reservation value. Cancellations received 24 hours before and non shows: The forfeiture amount will be 100% of the reservation value. In case you will decide to leave earlier you will be charged for the entire stay.
RESERVATIONS WITH NON REFUNDABLE RATE
In case of cancelaltion, modification and non show you will be charged with the total amount of your reservation. |
