TERMS AND CONDITIONS You will now be required to finalize your reservation using the secure environment of our website. Read carefully the following two payment methods and select the most convenient for you: A) Entry your credit card details as insurance. Your credir card details will be stored as insurance for your reservation and there will be no charge during the reservation. On your arrival at the hotel, you may pay for your reservation either by charging that particular credit card, or by charging another credit card, or by cash, and B) Prepay 30% of your total amount stay through bank deposit and rest will be paid on your arrival at the hotel. All details will be printed analytically at the end of your reservation with the confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservaiton you must use the 'CANCELLATION' procedure of the system in the first page. The Reservations Department will examine each cancellation request and inform the client by e-mail within 3 days maximum for money refunds you have paid for your confirmed reservation. According to the hotel's cancelation policy, you have the right for 100% refund if cancellation is made 21 days before your arrival. In case cancelation is made between 20 to 11 days before arrival you have the right for 50% refund and in case of cancellation made in less than 10 days before your arrival you have no right for refund. If the reservation was made by entering your credit card data as insurance, if cancellation is made 21 days before your arrival there will be no charge. In case cancelation is made between 20 to 11 days before arrival your credit card will be charged with 50% of the whole amount of the reservation and in case of cancellation made in less than 10 days before your arrival your credit card will be charged with 100% of the amount of the reservation. |
