Q          How do I buy Travel Insurance?

Q          What forms of payment are accepted?

A          We accept Visa and MasterCard.


Q          Are my details secured?

A          Yes your data is only used in the purchase of our travel insurance product and not released for any other purpose.


Q          If I have any queries, regarding the insurance policy, who do I call?

A          Call our Travel Insurance Customer Service line on 210 9988100.  We are available to answer queries 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (except legal holidays).  Please note that we are unable to give you any advice on whether this product is suitable for your needs.


Q          Where can I find out more about the policy cover?

A           Follow the tab at the top of the webpage for “Products” and you will be able to view the full policy details.


Q          When does cover begin and end?

A          You are covered according to the dates you select on your quotation.  These will be confirmed on your policy schedule once the policy is purchased. The cover takes effect when you commence your journey and ends upon return or on the date shown in your policy, whichever is earlier.


Q          Are there any exclusions to the policy?

A          Yes. Some exclusions and conditions are specific to individual sections and General exclusions and conditions apply to the policy over all. There is also a Health Declaration with health exclusions that apply for cover to be effective which you may be asked to fill out.  Please read the policy wording carefully to ensure you have chosen the cover you need.


Q          Can I change my mind after purchase of insurance?

A          Yes. You can request a refund of your insurance within 14 days of receiving your policy schedule by calling the Travel Insurance Customer Service at +30 210 9988100 Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, as long as you have not made a claim.  If you have commenced travel or have made a claim then we can recover all costs you have used for those services.


Q          What is the maximum trip length?

A          Travel Insurance can be purchased for trips up to 31 days.


Q          Who do I contact in the event of a medical incident?

A          Our medical emergency team is available 24 hours a day to assist you.  You can reach them by calling the claims administration and operations center at +30 210 9988101.


Q          Who do I contact for all other incidents?

A          For all other claims you may call the claims administration and operations center 24 hours a day at +30 210 9988101 to assist you or to send you the proper claims forms.
