TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You will now be required to enter your credit card details using the secure system of Alpha Bank (verified by VISA & MASTERCARD CREDIT CARDS). Read carefully payment methods: A) PAY THE TOTAL STAY MONEY AMOUNT AND TAKE 10% DISCOUNT. THERE IS NO MONEY REFUND IF CANCELATION MADE WITH THIS PAYMENT METHOD. B) PREPAY 1 NIGHT OF THE TOTAL STAY MONEY AMOUNT AS AN ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR RESERVING THE ROOM AND THE REST OF THE MONEY WILL BE PAID ON YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL. C) DEPOSIT 1 NIGHT – BANK DEPOSIT. PREPAY 1 NIGHT OF THE TOTAL STAY MONEY AMOUNT BY THE BANK AS AN ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR RESERVING THE ROOM AND THE REST OF THE MONEY WILL BE PAID ON YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL. YOU HAVE TO PAY THE DEPOSIT OF 1 NIGHT IN A TIME OF 1 WEEK FROM THE TIME OF THE RESERVATION. IF YOU DO NOT PAY THE DEPOSIT IN 1 WEEK THE RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED. All details will be printed analytically at the end of your reservation with the confirmation. CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation you must use the 'CANCELLATION' procedure of the system in the first page. The Reservations Department will examine each cancellation request and inform the client by e-mail within 3-7 days maximum for money refunds you have paid for your confirmed reservation. According to the hotel's cancelation policy, you have the right for 100% money refund if cancellation is made 21 days before your arrival, 50% money refund if cancelation is made 14 days before your arrival, 30% money refund if cancelation is made 7 days before your arrival. There is no money refund if cancelation is made less than 7 days before your arrival, or in case of no-show. There is no money refund if cancelation made with the A) payment method (Pay with discount 10%). |
