There are embedded online payment services for credit cards of Alpha Bank, Emporiki Bank, Piraeus Bank, Eurobank, ATE Bank, JCC Payment Systems and Paypal with dynamic management of payments and advance payment enabled. For users who do not have a credit card, payment is also supported with bank deposit. Your business has the opportunity to simultaneously specify more than one forms of payment to cover the needs of all potential customers.

Fleet management
You can manage one or more car fleets, specifying for each fleet prices, availabilities, special offers, pick up / delivery locations, extra charges etc and manage all your reservations through only one backoffice.

Pricing Policy and Offers
The structure of each pricelist can be set dynamically, depending on the day limit applicable for each price. Moreover, there is the potential for prices to include packages with different coverage and insurance (All Inclusive, CDW, etc.). The offers have significant flexibility and can be determined by fleet, car type and rental period.

Pick up / delivery location management
The pick up and delivery locations, for each fleet separately, are specified and defined dynamically by users of your business. For each pick up and delivery location you can determine extra costs for pickup and drop off, as well as to define the contact details of the local partner who will handle the booking, which will appear in the voucher and the email confirmation that the client will receive.

Pick up / delivery charges and extra day fees
There is a definition function for time-periods (per quarter of an hour) during the day for which you can determine additional costs for pick up and delivery (pick-up and delivery out of working hours) for each fleet. Also, you can define the hour limit after which extra day fee should be charged.

Pick up and delivery in different locations
For each pick up station you can also define all the locations that are subjected to additional delivery costs, and all non-permitted combinations of pick up-delivery between remote stations e.g. pick up Alexandroupoli - delivery Kefalonia.

Additional services (child seat, navigator etc.)
Customers can choose additional services such as child seats, navigator, second driver, snow chains etc during their reservation procedure, which are charged per day, while there is day limit which if the reservation exceeds, no costs are added.
